以军要求民众，保持警惕及严格遵循指示，听到防空警报后，尽快进入受保护空间。
另外，特拉维夫街头有人倒在地上一动不动，据社媒X网民说，市内发生多起枪击事件，其中一宗造成3人死，多人伤，2名枪手后来被警方击毙。
伊朗：为真主党哈马斯领导人报仇
据伊朗官方的法尔斯通讯社报道，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队承认执行了对以色列的导弹袭击，并称那是对黎巴嫩真主党领导人纳斯鲁拉和哈马斯领导人哈尼亚被以军杀害的回应。
革命卫队在一份声明中说：“为了回应（哈马斯领导人）伊斯梅尔·哈尼亚、哈桑·纳斯鲁拉和（伊斯兰革命卫队指挥官）尼尔福罗山的殉难，我们瞄准了被占领土（以色列）的心脏地带。”
美国白宫周一曾表示，伊朗准备对以色列发动弹道导弹攻击。
一名白宫高级官员发表声明指出：“美国得知迹象显示，伊朗正准备立即对以色列发动弹道导弹攻击。”
声明又提及，“我们正积极支持防御准备工作，以保卫以色列免受这场攻击。伊朗对以色列的直接军事攻击，将为伊朗带来严重后果。”革命卫队也警告，如果以色列对伊朗的导弹袭击做出反应，以色列“将面临毁灭性的攻击”。
