G3國際組聯營進軍物聯網業

　（吉隆坡12日訊）G3國際（G3，7184，主要板消費）與Gosuncn Welink（美國）科技有限公司及Prospect Industry LLC組聯營，以參與物聯網（IoT）業務。

　G3國際向馬證交所報備，獨資子公司Atilze Digital私人有限公司，與Gosuncn Welink（美國）科技，以及Prospect Industry LLC簽署聯營協議，以在東協市場，涉及車聯網雲端平台（connected car cloud platform）與相關業務。

　根據報備文件，Atilze Digital將持有聯營公司的55%股權，Gosuncn Welink（美國）科技持股30%，剩下的15%由Prospect Industry LLC持有。
