每到农历新年,肉干就是必不可少的年货,一定要买个一、两包放在家~
而且是马新两国很流行的传统食俗~ 但你知道这个【传统】是怎么来的吗?
据说有两种说法:
第一,肉干源自中国南方,经先辈改良,福建人便称为“Bah Kwa”~

当时候的肉十分珍贵,只有过年才吃到~
